She is a keen proponent of accessible theatre and outreach, and creates reminiscence theatre with residents of local dementia care homes. Steph has recently stepped down as Chair of Progress Theatre in Reading, having also served as a Trustee for over five years. Her production company, Alternative Queen of Reading, runs annual fundraising events for women’s and LGBTQ charities.
